I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor based in Telegraph Hill, South East London, SE14. I believe passionately in the inherent capacity of each individual for growth and self-healing and provide compassionate support within a trusting therapeutic relationship for individuals facing a variety of challenges. I provide a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind.
I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step. My focus is on understanding your unique perspective and journey, placing your experience at the centre of our sessions. We'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, to explore your thoughts and feelings. I'll listen with empathy and without judgment, and we'll build a collaborative relationship where you feel truly heard and understood. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, find self-acceptance, and empower you to discover your own path forward.

You can choose between short-term or open-ended counselling, depending on your preference. Short-term counselling involves agreeing on a set number of sessions, while open-ended counselling allows us to continue working together until you feel ready to stop. We'll regularly review your progress and discuss when ending might be right for you. I follow a flexible approach, and the decision of when to end is always yours, something we can discuss, review, and change as needed.
I offer a free introductory 15-minute phone or Zoom consultation. During this time, we can discuss your needs and you can ask me any questions you have. This is a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and to see if you feel comfortable talking with me. There's no obligation to book further sessions after the call– it's entirely up to you.
If you decide you’d like to work with me, subsequent sessions last 50 minutes.
HOW I WORK
